Of course. Either purchase the wooden parasol printing option, or contact us for a quote on our aluminum printed parasols. Email us your logo and we’ll do the rest.
We offer a range of printing services, which are related to the product concerned.
Any Pantone colour code can be produced, as long as it’s not metallic.
Yes. Once you’ve sent us your artwork, we’ll produce a visual of how your heater will look. Alternatively we can send you the template so you can design the printing yourself.
All our products are now Aluminium to prevent corrosion even in the worst Sea areas. Aluminium printing are generally done by printing your logo onto one of our standard Heater colours. Bespoke Aluminium Heater colours are available by printing onto a White or Black Heater colour to achieve your exact colour and brand.
This will depend mainly on the type of product you order from us. Our standard black or white UK-Made Heater range are generally available for delivery within 3 working days, except where printing the printing option is chosen as we generally require a further 7 working days. All our Aluminium heaters are bespoke-made to our customers’ individual requirements.
We offer FedEx delivery within the UK on a next day service at our cost price, subject to location elsewhere. Should any additional delivery charges be due, we will contact you before proceeding with your order.
Yes. Delivery charges will be country-dependent and charged at cost.
Yes. All our products come with at least a 2 year warranty and the UK-Made at our own factory 3 models have a 3 year warranty even for commercial use. From the date of original purchase.
We warrant all our products against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase. Please consult our warranty document for full details.
First of all contact us so we can better understand your situation. If you have photos of your defective item then please include these. We’ll then try to ascertain if this is covered under our warranty terms.
